The European Commission-funded BiCIKL (Biodiversity Community Integrated Knowledge Library) project catalysed a cultural change in the way biodiversity data is linked and integrated between infrastructures. The session gives a summary of the achieved progress, current state of play, shares some thoughts how this will affect data sharing, standards usage and research, and paves the way for future collaboration and development.
