This session presents an overview of biodiversity digital twins, which bring together advanced modeling with different types of biodiversity data and use cases. It explores the Biodiversity Digital Twin (BioDT) project's efforts in developing prototypes, integrating diverse data streams, and applying data standards and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles.
